Listings, gifts, swaps, and sales

Create a listing from the Create tab. Neighbors can message you about your item. Arrangements and handoffs are between you and the other person; keeping chat in the app preserves a helpful record.

Messages

Use the Messages tab for conversations linked to listings. If something looks wrong, use report options on the relevant screen when available.

Location and your area

We use your area to show nearby listings. You can adjust your saved city or region in settings and control location permission anytime in your device settings.

Account and password

Update your profile from Personal information. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If you think your account is compromised, email us right away.

Delete your account

Open the Givehood app and go to the Profile tab. Open Account security, then tap Delete account. Type DELETE when prompted to confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

If you cannot use the app, email support@givehood.com from the address on your account with “Please delete my account” in the subject or body.
